We ordered the pork chops plate and the seasoning was on point. I love that it's the actual pork chops and not pork steak. The sides were good and hot. The cornbread was everything 😋

I want to take the time to say that this place is the real deal. Someone will always come on here hating on people. NOT ME! This is the best soul food I have had since I have been here in this area HANDS DOWN! Everything was cooked with love and made to perfection. The only issue I have is that THERE IS NO MORE LEFT! I ate it all. Great job and wonderful cooking.

We found out about this place from a Facebook video. We went and OMG it's soooo amazing. I'm talking about the smothered gravy your granny use to make, that's how good my plate was. Everything was amazing. 11/10. My husband had gotten the tacos and loved it!!! Don't miss out because you're too lazy to drive and get some delicious food!!

Drove from Gatesville all the way to Killeen just to try the food. I ordered 2 birria tacos, smothered chicken and fried rice. I sat in the parking lot to eat because of the long drive home. The smothered chicken and rice were cold as if they came out of the refrigerator. The tacos were actually good. 1 star for each taco. I wish she kept the same energy making the chicken. I was afraid to eat the chicken and rice because who knows how old it was. I just threw it out.

Top tier! everything was perfection. Sweet potato corn bread "i think i hear her say" Amazingly good! Chicken was seasoned just just right. Greens perfect. Yams amazing. I didn't order Green beans but all I can say is it's definitely food 4 your soul! 10 out of 10 I recommend.
